For over two decades, Anna has been advising companies and clients in strategy, management, innovation, digital transformation and future of workforce, working with top consulting firms globally. 

Her experience spans multiple countries, including the Middle East, Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, Southeast Asia, UK, US, and Europe. 

As the ex- PwC Director for over 12 years, she held global roles in Strategy & Transformation, HR Digital Transformation, Global Operations Management, Human Performance, Leadership, Mentorship and Coaching, Change Management and Communications, High Performing Teams, Design Thinking.

As the Strategy & Transformation Director for the Workforce of the Future at PwC, Anna delivered the new ways how people can better operate in the post pandemic world through combining smarter people strategies with emerging technologies and connected human experience that delivers transformation and is built to last.

Through the adoption of people and technology advancements, she executed agile employee and customer-centric initiatives for the future of work, driving business strategy through people agenda and digital transformation.  

Now, she advises and coaches women on bringing innovation, change and creativity to the ways organisations operate. With this in mind, her passion is to combine smarter people strategies with emerging technologies and connected human experience that delivers transformation in the way leaders operate.

Anna is a founder of her own Leadership & Career Coaching Company, based in Dubai - a cutting edge, client centred and technology enabled coaching company based in Dubai where she delivers holistic, dynamic and systemic Leadership and Career Coaching services that help clients create a transformation rapidly, achieve greater results and peak performance.

Anna's coaching philosophy is to deliver concise and solution-focused leadership strategies based on individual needs of her clients.

Through the adoption of people and technology advancements, Anna executed agile human-centric programs for the future of work, high performing teams, high potential professionals driving business strategy through a people-led agenda and digital transformation.

Women Leadership & Empowerment

Anna is committed to ongoing mentorship and coaching of females in business and entrepreneurship, including the younger generation of females who are becoming the leaders, thinkers, innovators and creators of the future. 

She participates in Women in Business Mentoring and Leadership Programs in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and globally, which gave birth to the creation of her company and her own mentorship program.

She is an advocate of a movement that gives women a competitive edge to rise to the top, break through glass ceilings, and make a lasting change. 

Her commitment to women empowerment extends to mentorship of women in the STEM arena (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)  from low socio-economic backgrounds, young and aspiring female entrepreneurs and those in transition roles. 

She is a member of Women in Technology, Data & AI (Artificial Intelligence) in the United Arab Emirates where she actively advises and coaches women on leadership and career management. She is a regular contributor and speaker in AI and Technology related events. 

Having been active in the realm of business and gender, business and writing, and women empowerment, she is a visionary and a force for good.
