Manifesto
We are creating a greater pool of future Leaders and Entrepreneurs through enabling them access to skills development and accelerating their growth.
But this is more than just that. At ANA we want to create a paradigm shift from a mindset of just having jobs to creating a mindset of Entrepreneurship.
We enable this through the Leadership Academy where leadership coaching can be done. This is the Academy of Opportunities, accessible to everyone from all walks of life that reaches those who might have not had the opportunity to learn and transform their dreams into reality. This, in turn, creates a greater pool of future leaders, entrepreneurs, creators, and innovators.
This is about creating Evolution from one level to the next. It is about creating leaders from one generation to the next. Each leader will be a seed for the next. And with all this, we create Success in everyone and within societies. And we touch all Humanity.
After all, it is all about People. The People are at the heart of our existence. We are here to empower them to see their possibilities and change the world for the better.

Women are a backbone of societies. More women in leadership and entrepreneurship mean stronger organisational performance and thriving economies. They are a critical force to propel countries' growth and are the force for innovation, ideas, and progress. Women play a pivotal role in the advancement of the countries and all societies. They are role models for the future generations.
We aim to provide an environment that promotes and delivers leadership development and mentorship to women so they become tomorrow's innovators, leaders, entrepreneurs and creators.
With this in mind, creating young and aspiring women leaders & entrepreneurs means investing in the future. They are a critical force to propel a country's growth and are the force for innovation, ideas, and progress.
Supporting the National & Global Agenda
Anna’s ambition is to support and contribute to the visions of nations where we operate and globally. Through the services and products, we provide an environment and ecosystem that will enable creation of leaders and entrepreneurs of the future, development of skills, talents, and capabilities.
For example, in seeking to become key players in the global landscape, MENA countries are eager to act boldly in the pursuit of a technology-fueled future, one that will transform regional economies into efficient, knowledge-driven engines of prosperity. This is illustrated by Programs such as Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and UAE's Vision 2071.
Turning such visions into reality calls for creation of a culture that invests in human capital, leadership development, entrepreneurship, creating skills, talents, capabilities, and experiences for its people. It needs a collaborative environment enabling collaboration and co-creation. And that sits at the heart of ANA. With this in mind, we support a multitude of national agendas across the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region and globally.
MENA
Commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship, economic development and growth.
The Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region is becoming a new centre of global innovation. The region has the potential to pioneer many new advancements in all industries at global level (Source: World Economic Summit 2023).
With this comes a new set of 'wicked challenges' that are complex and interlinked and require Leaders with new ways of thinking and mindset shifts. It needs talent, skills, capabilities and experience. It needs new and future leaders and game-changes, innovators and entrepreneurs. artists and creators.
Our company's vision proposition will support the creation of the new generation leaders, thinkers, innovators, and entrepreneurs by growing the intra-regional talent ecosystem and creating formal networks and space to develop talent, empower, coach, and mentor through our leadership, entrepreneurship and mentorship programs.
UAE
Our company's vision, services and products directly support the agenda for the UAE Government to accelerate women participation in leadership positions, enhancing their representation in decision-making areas, and gender balance in leadership.
Our company's vision will directly support the key initiatives that the country launched, including:
◈ UAE Vision 2071 “to make the UAE the best country in the world,” that provides excellent education and nurturing a happy and cohesive society, with a strategic focus on science, innovation, and technology, as well as investments in advanced technology education and space exploration. Dubai aims to create a metaverse economy worth US$4 billion in five years—with pillars that include AR and VR, digital twins, machine learning, IoT, AI simulation, and blockchain.
◈ We support the pledge that was signed by 18 leading local and multinational companies to increase the representation of women in leadership positions to 30% by 2025 through programs, policy, development initiatives, and transparency that are aligned with the UAE government direction to "enable the country to be a leading global economy in the next fifty years" (HH Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the UAE Gender Balance Council, President of Dubai Women Establishment).
Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia Vision 2030 aims to create a competitive, self-sufficient economy, including ambitious technology and infrastructure ‘giga’ projects.
Additionally, the Vision 2030 goal is to increase women's participation in the workforce from 22% to 30%, as well as create a 'Dynamic Society' agenda to reshape the social and cultural landscape of a new era of inclusive opportunities through the empowerment of women and youth has taken centre stage. 38%, a third of all small and medium enterprises in Saudi Arabia are owned and operated by women.
Equally, Youth is its greatest asset and a key driver of the ambition of Vision 2030. Over half of Saudi's population is under age of 25, representing a force for innovation, ideas, and progress.
Our company promotes and gives access to leadership and entrepreneurship coaching, training, mentorship, development of new skills, and opportunities for growth that is needed to ensure that we create today's leaders who will become tomorrow's innovators, leaders, and entrepreneurs for the Kingdom.

ANA is fully committed to supporting the UAE commitment to the Sustainable Development Goal 5 (Gender Equality) through our programs, services, products, and initiatives to accelerate implementation of the SDG 5.
We aim to contribute to the goals of the United Nations Sustainable Goals by providing a platform that fosters mentorship, skills development, personal growth, ultimately empowering women to thrive and make a positive impact in their communities. By facilitating knowledge sharing, career guidance, and fostering supportive connections, ANA helps address the goals of quality upskilling, gender equality, decent work and economic growth, reduced inequalities, and partnerships for the goals, amongst others.
